Two-Step Age Verification System
To ensure compliance with applicable age restrictions, we use a two-step age verification process:
- Online Age Verification: Before completing a purchase, the customer’s age may be verified in real time using an appropriate age verification method. This helps ensure that orders are placed only by adults who meet the minimum legal age requirement.
- Age Verification Upon Delivery: Our logistics partners may perform an identity and age check when the package is delivered. The recipient may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as an identity card or passport, as proof of age. Packages intended for age-restricted products will not be handed over to minors.

Adult Audience: Our website, products, and marketing materials are intended exclusively for adult consumers. We do not support or permit marketing practices designed to encourage minors to use vaping products.

Legal Responsibility
- Purchasing for Minors: Adults are strictly prohibited from purchasing e-cigarettes or other age-restricted vaping products on behalf of minors.
- False Information: Providing false birth dates, using another person’s identity, or attempting to bypass age verification requirements is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel affected orders and take appropriate action where necessary.
